Open the order in the Tirth Setu app and tap Get help. Your request is linked to your Order ID and Ritual ID so our team can review the full history.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancel in the app for a full refund until a partner accepts your ritual. After that, raise a request from the order.

Scan it again with the Tirth Setu app while signed in to the account that made the booking. If it still fails, raise a request from the order.
Become a partner
Pandits and sevadars can register in the Tirth Setu Partner app. Every partner completes KYC and is approved for specific services before receiving bookings.
